    spring beauty favorites | 2019

Over the past several months, I’ve been getting back into beauty and makeup. When I first started my blog, makeup was my main content. I used to do reviews, first impressions, empties, and more. Since I’m currently on the mend from surgery, I’ve had to find another hobby to focus on for a few weeks that didn’t involve dead lifts. A lot of these favorites you might recognize from my recent Mexico Packing List. Turns out, all my picks for our spring vacation were perfect for traveling and every day looks. All of these products help with perfecting my base which is essential to any makeup look. These picks are…

    fitness & health update | spring 2019

There’s been a lot of changes in my fitness routine and health in the past six months or so. I made a number of changes at the beginning of the year, which have increased my overall wellness and confidence. I’ve also had to come to terms with taking the route of surgery (something I never wanted to do) for the sake of my long-term health. Firstly, at the beginning of 2019 I removed a lot of processed carbs and grains from my diet. I’m not going to lie, I was hesitant to make this change and doubted how it was going to impact how I felt. I was proven wrong.…

    Spring Favorites 2018

It’s been a while since I’ve shared my favorites. In a perfect world I’d be sharing these monthly, but I’ve been busy with work and just enjoying time outside. Honestly, I tried writing a March and April Favorites so it’s turned into a Spring Favorites. Spring Favorites 2018 Food Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup I’ve pretty much cut out coffee creamer and replaced it with almond milk and the Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup. After a dieting phase in January, struggling to be consistent with my nutrition in February to maintain, I decided to do a reverse diet in March to increase my macros. I was so happy in March because I…

Los Angeles Outfits & Snacks for Travel

I’m already packing for my trip! Honestly, I started packing a while ago by getting together a list of items to bring. I wanted to share my outfits I’m bring to Los Angeles for my four day, three night stay. I’m visiting a friend in LA so I’m fortunate in that sense that I’m not stressing too much about forgetting anything. If I forget something, I’m sure I can borrow an item or we can easily pick something up at Target. To help me pack for trips I like to make a list of items I’ll bring. Sometimes I make my own list in Excel, but this time around I…
